Hey Friends!
February is all about love, but this year, I’m focusing on a different kind of love—the love that comes from living intentionally. It’s easy to get caught up in the chaos of daily life, but small, thoughtful choices can make a big difference. That’s why my word of the year is Intentional, and I want to help you bring more of that into your life, too.
Do you pick a word of the year? I do—it helps me focus on one thing each day to make life a little more meaningful. This year, my daughter and I were on the phone, chatting about our words for the year. She lives three hours away in Kansas City, and neither of us could decide, so we agreed to think on it and revisit later. Well, wouldn’t you know it—when we checked back in, we had both chosen the same word. Intentional. Ironically, coincidentally, serendipitously… it was meant to be.
A Gift for You: Free ‘Intentional’ Art Print
Because we both landed on Intentional, I felt inspired to create an art print as a daily reminder to be more present and purposeful. And this month, I want to share it with you! Download it, print it, and place it somewhere special as a little nudge to live with intention every day.

Be Intentional with Your Daily Routines
One of the simplest ways to create more ease and joy is through meal planning. Taking a little time to plan meals can save you stress, help you eat better, and even free up time for things you love. This month, I’m highlighting my recipe cards and meal planning tools—because turning meal prep into a meaningful ritual is a small way to practice self-care.
💡 Need some inspiration? My upcoming blog post, Creating a Self-Care Routine Through Meal Planning, will show you how to make meal planning simple and enjoyable.

Handwritten Notes: A Simple Act of Love
Another way to bring more intention into your life? Writing more handwritten notes. Taking a few minutes to send a thoughtful message can brighten someone’s day (and yours too!).
Need ideas on what to say? My second blog post this month, Thoughtful Ways to Show Love with Handwritten Notes, has simple, heartfelt ways to make letter-writing a habit.
